They also have a lot of good threads over there. I also have other traits that do other things that you may like. You can turn any of thse traits on or off.
And, the trait can be given to yourself from a decision in the intrigue tab. If you just want to cheat build, I made a Cheat Mod on the workshop which includes a trait called 'Cheat Builder' which pretty much ensures you can build all you want. It doesn't work as all it says is 'broadcasting command' and then I get a reporting error message before it crashes which sucks.
